There are many LGBT themed playlist on the Internet, all claiming the title for “Best Coming Out Playlist” ever! However, I always found that these playlists were put together by curators targeting all generations, including Baby Boomers and Generation X. As someone who is still considered a millennial and with a lot in common with Generation Z, I found I was only familiar or had an interest in less than 25% of the songs in these playlists.

It is no secret that musical tastes varies by generation so please don’t make me feel guilty and/or ashamed that I don’t dig songs from your 1960’s and 70’s catalogue. Rather than keep whining, keeping true to my millennial status, I have come up with…wait for it: The “Best Coming Out Playlist” for Millennials and Generation Z. Without further ado, here we go:
